Abstract

Based on a dataset covering the period from 2019 to May 2024, collected from the Scopus database, this study
aims to present a comprehensive knowledge map of the intellectual structure of the field of HRM practices and
organizational performance, while highlighting the importance of human capital in these dynamics. The study
extracts and analyzes 220 articles using a bibliometric approach, using VOSViewer software and presentations
collected from the scopus database. The study provides an overview of the most influential articles, authors,
journals and emerging research topics. In summary, the results of this study are significant in that they draw
several important conclusions. The exponential growth in scientific production over the last six years, the
concentration of research in specific journals, the presence of institutional research networks, and presents the
main future research directions for this field.
