Abstract

In an era when knowledge is highly prioritized, a sort of knowledge-based assets are becoming the key
performance indicator for companies performance and started already to increase vitaly. In this contexte,
intangible capital has emerged in the shape of a key determinant of the performance.The intagible capital
includes actually the human capital, the oerganaziational capital, and the relational capital. This
decomposition gathers the intelelctual properties, the organizational knowledge, the customun
relationship, the brand equity, … All these component do impact the performance of the ozrganaziation
where they belong.Starting from these affirmations, investing in intagible assets leads to sustainable
competitive advantages and financial success, which creates a sustainable performance and a long-term
capitalization of KPI.Contomporary ornaganization aim to focus on creating value and making sure of
their strategic position in the market so as to maitain their power facing the competitive companies.
