In a continuously evolving environment, digital transformation has become essential for both public and private organizations. This phenomenon is explained by several factors, including technological innovation, rising customer expectations, and the necessity to improve operational efficiency. The rise of the Internet and digital platforms has profoundly changed how organizations interact with their customers and partners. Indeed, organizations that do not adapt to these changes risk losing their performance and facing threats to their development. However, digital transformation is not merely about acquiring new technologies. It requires a profound reassessment of internal processes, business models, and operational modes. This transformation necessitates a cultural shift, where innovation, agility, and collaboration become core values. Therefore, it is crucial to cultivate a mindset open to digital change, enabling each employee to become an active participant in the digital transformation process. It is in this context that entrepreneurial resilience gains prominence. It refers to the organization’s ability to adapt, overcome crises, and innovate in the face of challenges imposed by digital change. In this framework, preparing for change, digitally transforming processes, and transitioning to a digital and agile organization requires strengthening innovative and adaptive organizational and managerial capabilities. Hence, the central question arises: How can organizations develop sufficient entrepreneurial resilience to effectively support digital change while optimizing their organizational and managerial capacities?
